This is a light and delicate dessert. Can be served with Ice Cream or fruit. Is so good - no icing needed!
Ingredients:
8 ounces butter
3 cups sugar
3 cups flour
6 eggs
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Cream butter until light and fluffy, gradually add sugar, add eggs one at a time, add sour cream, add flour, salt and vanilla.
2. Pour in tube pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cook half hour then remove from pan.
