This makes a very juicy turkey breast! Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, crushed and diced |
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves |
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaf |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 cup white wine |
Directions:
1. Chop fresh herbs and crush garlic. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or zipper bag. 3. Marinade chicken or turkey (we love this on turkey breast) overnight and bake or grill as desired. 4. To bake: For a 2 lb breast, marinade overnight and bake covered for 1.5 hours at 325 degrees F. Baste every 30 minutes if desired, and then bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered at 375 degrees F. |
