POTOMAC SALAD DRESSING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Coulter Estate in Fate Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon red wine |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. In small bowl whisk together vinegars and wine. 2. Whisk in salt and pepper then olive oil. 3. Serve over your favorite salad. |
