This is a cheesy potato side dish that's perfect for a buffet. Ingredients:
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
2 cups sour cream |
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water just until fork tender. 2. Drain and cool. 3. In large bowl combine onion powder, garlic, sour cream, soup and cheddar cheese. 4. Fold in potatoes. 5. Spoon into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. 6. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. |
