This is a DELICIOUS recipe for potatoes. This is a MUST to try. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup onion (chopped) |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 (10 -14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
2 cups cheddar cheese (graded) |
2 cups corn flakes (crushed) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes, together and place into casserole dish or a 9x13 inch baking dish. 2. Top with 2 cups of crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and serve. |
