Delicious easy potato casserole! Kids love it. Ingredients:
10 baking potatoes, peeled, cut into large pieces |
1 pint sour cream |
6 green onions, chopped |
1 pound processed cheese, cubed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash. 3. In a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish combine potatoes, sour cream, green onions and processed cheese. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through. |
