3 large russet potatoes |
1 large onion |
1 anaheim chili |
2 jalapeno peppers |
1/4 cup dark beer |
1 tablespoon tamari |
cracked pepper |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Peel and cube potatoes into half inch cubes. 3. Remove seeds from peppers. 4. Slice peppers and onions. 5. Toss everything except cheese together in baking dish. 6. Bake for 45 minutes, stir in cheese, and eat. |
