This side dish could either be for breakfast potatoes or just a main side dish to any meal. Ingredients:
6 medium to large potatoes |
1 small onion |
1 small (green, red or yellow) pepper. you only need one unless you just enjoy the colors of all peppers. |
salt to taste |
pepper to taste |
(i love my lawry's!) lawry's garlic and seasoning salt to taste |
vegatable oil |
Directions:
1. cut potatoes to either small dice or slices 2. wash potatoes 3. cut peppers and onion to small dice 4. heat vegetable oil 5. season potatoes to your liking 6. fry potatoes til golden brown 7. add onions and peppers and saute til softened. 8. enjoy!! |
