This is a good side to go with any meat you might serve. Ingredients:
1 quart cooked cubed potatoes, drained |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon chopped onion |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix soup and milk; 2. Add cheese, onion, salt, pepper and potatoes. 3. Place in greased baking pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes |
