One pot veggie and potato dish that will surely make a hit with your family. Ingredients:
2 slices diced bacon |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cups red potatoes, diced |
2 cups frozen peas |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, combine bacon, olive oil and potato. 2. Cook over medium heat until potatoes and bacon begin to brown. 3. Cover and continue to cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. 4. Stir in peas. 5. Cover and cook an additional 5 minutes. 6. Season with salt and pepper. |
