Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon minced white onion
1 cup heavy cream
1 quart sliced potatoes cooked
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan melt butter then mix in flour, salt and pepper to make a smooth paste.
2. Stir in the onion and cream.
3. Cook stirring until mixture is smooth and thickened.
4. Add the potatoes and continue to cook until potatoes are heated through then sprinkle on the parsley.
