Potatoes in Butter and Garlic (Microwave) |

These potatoes are an excellent side dish with just about any meal! And they are easy to make. Ingredients:
6 medium russet potatoes (cleaned and cut into bite sized pieces with skin on) |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (like lawrey's, if you don't have this just use a bit of extra salt and pepper) |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup butter, diced |
Directions:
1. Place the potatoes in a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish with a cover. Sprinkle with the seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder and salt. 2. Dot the top of the potatoes with butter. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes. 3. Remove from microwave and toss potatoes and butter together. Cover and cook for an additional 2 - 4 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
