                    These kababs can be served as appetizers, snacks,as a side dish or even can be placed in bugers.Makes 15 Kababs/Patties. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                500 gm potatoes  |  
                                                100 gm peas  |  
                                                1/2 tbsp salt (or to taste)  |  
                                                1/2 tbsp crushed red chillies  |  
                                                1/2 tbsp red chillies powder  |  
                                                1/2 tbsp cumin seeds  |  
                                                1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwaiin )  |  
                                                pinch of nigella seeds (kalonji)  |  
                                                2 tbsp dried pomegranate seeds  |  
                                                1 tbsp crushed coriander  |  
                                                fresh coriander leaves,chopped  |  
                                                1-2 green chillies,finely chopped  |  
                                                1 egg,lightly beaten  |  
                                                corn flour  |  
                                                oil, for shallow-frying  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Boil,peel and mash potatoes. 2. Boil peas separately. 3. Add all ingredients in potatoes and peas except egg,cornflour and oil.Mix well. 4. Take a small amount of mixture on the hand and flatten to a disc shape. 5. Heat oil for shallow-frying. 6. Coat patties lightly with cornflour and dip in beaten egg. 7. Place in oil and fry till both sides are golden brown. 8. Serve hot as a side dish or as a snack.                              |
