serves 6 Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch slices |
2 cups chopped onions |
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth |
1 teaspoon oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. 9 13 inch baking pan, place all ingredients in pan and cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 6. |
