Potatoes and Green Chilies |

I actually prefer a Mexican blend of cheese in this recipe, but any cheese will do. Ingredients:
6 potatoes, sliced thin |
salt |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
1 (3 ounce) can green chilies, chopped |
1/2 lb monterey jack cheese, actually any cheese will do |
Directions:
1. Slice potatoes very thin. 2. Mix sour cream with cheese and chilies then toss in potatoes. 3. Pour into a greased dish. 4. Bake at least 30 - 45 minutes at 375°F. |
