Lovely side dish for any meal. Easy and they go so well together. I had this often when I grew up in the south. Ingredients:
4 cups potatoes, quartered |
2 cups carrots, sliced |
1/4 cup butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In pot, cover potatoes and carrots, boil about 10 minutes or till fork tender. 2. Drain and cover in butter, salt and pepper. |
