A new recipe to add to my collection. It was giving to my sis-in-law from a lady at church. Ingredients:
6 cups potatoes, diced |
5 cups water |
4 teaspoons chicken bouillon |
2 cups onions, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup carrot, grated |
1/2 cup butter |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup ham, cubed |
12 ounces evaporated milk |
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Add the first 10 ingredients to a crock pot and cook on High for 7 hours. 2. Add the milk and parsley and cook 30-60 minutes longer on low until thoroughly heated. 3. Serve. |
