servings depending on how much left over mashed pototoes you have prep and cook time may vary also, my momma always made these with leftover mashed taters..she was trying to feed 5 kids and 2 adults so she never threw out to much of anything. Ingredients:
leftover mashed potatoes |
small onion |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons of flour self rising is best |
salt and pepper to taste |
cooking oil any kind |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingrediants together then fry in skillet drain on paper towel ,good with green beans mexican cornbread or regular cornbread |
