potatoe patties Ingredients:
400 g potatoes, peeled and quatered |
1 1/2 tbsp ketchup |
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce |
1 tsp parsley, dried |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes, drain. Mash, then stir in ketchup, tabasco and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Shap mixture into 4 small patties, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. 3. Heat the oil, gently fry the potatoe cakes on each side. Serve when browned. |
