this is a lovely side dish but can be filling Ingredients:
6-8 large potatoes |
500g of diced bacon |
600ml thickend cream |
1-2 packets of french onion soup mix |
1 cup of cheese |
salt and pepper to tast |
Directions:
1. pre heat oven to 180 2. peel and slice potatoes 3. layer in a cassorol dish 4. put bacon bits on each layer 5. mix up cream and french onion soup s&p 6. pour over potatoes and bacon 7. sprinkle over chesse 8. place in oven untill potatoes are cooked and enjoy yummy 9. if you like you can even add onions and chopped tomatoes for more flavor |
