Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes, cut into wedges |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon honey mustard |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400*. 2. Spray baking sheet. 3. Put potato wedges, salt, and paprika in plastic bag; shake to combine. 4. Place potatoes on baking sheet. 5. Lightly spray potatoes with cooking spray. 6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until tender. 7. Combine sour cream and mustard. 8. Serve with hot potatoes. |
