Potato Wedges With Lemon Chilli Sour Cream |

These wedges are great served with crumbed fish. Ingredients:
6 potatoes, washed and cut into wedges |
3 tablespoons oil |
2 -3 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 lemon, juice of |
250 g low-fat sour cream |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
Directions:
1. Pour oil into a baking dish, add potatoes and toss to coat. 2. Sprinkle over lemon pepper and chili powder and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until tender and browned turning frequently during cooking. 3. Squeeze lemon juice over potatoes before serving and toss to coat, serve with lemon chili sour cream. 4. To make sour cream mix: Combine all ingredients, mix well & let sit for a few minutes for flavours to combine. |
