POTATO SOUR CREAM DELIGHT This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Henry Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1980. Ingredients:
9 large potatoes |
8 ounce package cream cheese |
8 ounce carton sour cream |
2 teaspoons onion salt |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Cook mash and whip potatoes then add remaining ingredients and put into greased dish.
2. Dot with butter and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
