Ingredients:
2 cube(s) boullion |
2 carrots |
1 pound(s) diced quorn |
2 tablespoon(s) dried dill |
4 tablespoon(s) dried oregano |
4 clove(s) garlic |
1/4 cup(s) olive oil |
1 onion |
4 potatoes |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 quart(s) water |
Directions:
1. Slice onions and carrots and dice garlic; saute in oil until translucent 2. Add veat, oregano, and dill and saute until glistening. 3. Add water and salt and boullion and bring to a boil 4. Peel and dice potatoes and add to soup 5. Keep at a low boil for 15 minutes |
