This is my favorite soup to eat when I'm feeling under the weather. Ingredients:
6 potatoes, diced |
1/2 onion, chopped |
1 chicken bouillon cube |
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes |
2 -3 cups water |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon flour |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes with onions for 20 minutes. 2. Add butter, bouillon, milk, flour, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper. 3. Cook for about 10 minutes. |
