A family favorite! Ingredients:
5 tablespoons butter |
4 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
6 cups milk |
3 -4 medium potatoes, in chunks |
1 onion, diced |
4 stalks celery, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper, cook over low heat until smooth. 2. Add milk, potatoes, onion and celery, cook until potatoes are tender. 3. Top with grated cheddar cheese and serve. |
