My husband hates sweet soups and doesn't like dairy. I had a hard time finding a potato soup until this one. Now he loves it! I love it because it could not be easier. Ingredients:
4 potatoes, diced |
1 onion, diced |
1/3 cup oil |
1/4 cup dried parsley |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
4 cups water |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a pot and cook for 30-40 minutes. |
