Made this one night, after discovering I forgot to buy buns! Quick and filling. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can sloppy joe sandwich sauce |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup |
1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink, drain. 2. Add sloppy joe sauce and soup, mix. 3. Place thawed hash browns in a greased 9x13 pan. 4. Top with the beef mixture. 5. Bake at 450 degree for 20 minutes- covered. 6. Remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes or more until heated through. 7. Sprinkle with cheese. |
