This is so good. I got this recipe from a coworker a little over two years ago. It is great in taste, great on the wallet and very easy on a busy day. Enjoy Ingredients:
7 potatoes peeled and sliced |
1 white onion |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 cups milk |
1 can salmon drained |
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet then cook onion until tender then add flour and whisk in milk. 2. Boil one minute stirring constantly then while heat is low add cheese and melt. 3. Add salmon to mixture and arrange half of the sliced potatoes in casserole dish. 4. Pour half of salmon mixture on top then repeat and bake 30 minutes at 350. |
