A basic potato salad recipe with the zip of vinegar with dill. Ingredients:
2 cups diced boiled potatoes |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons pickle relish |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper |
2 teaspoons dill |
Directions:
1. Combine the potatoes, celery, onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pickle relish, salt, pepper, and dill in a medium bowl and mix well. 2. Toss the vegetables with the dressing and refrigerate before serving, allowing the flavors to blend. |
