Potato Salad German Style |

Great and easy wonderfull in hot summer keeps for 2-3 days in fridge Ingredients:
1 kilo of wachsy potatos |
3-4 slices of good quality ham chopped |
2 hard boiled eggs chopped |
1 red onion chopped |
1large ghurkin chopped |
mayonaise |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Boil potatos in the skins untill cooked then leave to cool 2. while the potatos are cooling finely chop the onion ,ham,eggs and ghurkin 3. put ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon 4. now peal the potatos if cool and chop into1 inch squares 5. add to the rest of the ingredients 6. now add salt and pepper to taste 7. add mayonaise to all the ingredients 8. opional you can add some parsly finely chopped for extra colour 9. now enjoy |
