Great summertime side dish. Ingredients:
4 - 5 potatoes |
5 hard bioled eggs |
1 1/4 salad dressing |
1 tbls mustard |
1 cup sweet pickel relish |
1 yellow onion chopped |
1 sweet red peper finely chopped |
fresh cracked black peper |
Directions:
1. Cover Potatoes with water, bring to a biol and boil for 15 minutes and set aside to cool. 2. Cover Eggs with water, bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cook covered for 15 minutes. Remove from water and winse with cold water enough to handle. 3. In a large bowl mi together Salad Dressing, Mustadr, Pickel Relish, Oinion, Red Peper and Black Pepper. 4. Peal shell from eggs, chop and mix into Salad Dressing mixture. 5. Remove skin from potatoes and cut into cubs. Add to other ingredients and toss untill well mixed. 6. Best served after it's been chilled for at least 6 hours. |
