This dish is easy to make and goes great with anything on the bbq! Ingredients:
8 potatoes |
1/12 cups mayonnaise |
1/4 cup mustard |
3 hard boiled eggs sliced |
20 green olives sliced |
bacon bits |
salt to taste |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Wash and peel potatoes 2. Cut potatoes into small squares 3. Bring to a boil and boil until tender 4. While potatoes are cooking mix all of the other ingredients except the bacon bits in a large bowl 5. Drain potatoes and let them cool to room temp. 6. Add potatoes to the bowl with other ingredients and mix well 7. Cover with bacon bits 8. I use my hands and it works great 9. Refridgerate until chilled |
