Ingredients:
3 baked potatoes |
3 green scallions, chopped |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
salt |
pepper |
1 teaspoon white vinegar |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch chunks. Mix with scallions in a serving bowl. In a separate bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar. Pour dressing over potatoes and toss to coat |
