This is my mom's potato salad recipe. I love it. Since everyone is different, I didnt give an exact measurement for salt and pepper. Ingredients:
5 potatoes |
5 eggs |
1 onion |
5 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons mustard |
salt |
pepper |
ham, cubes |
parsley |
Directions:
1. The night before you wanna fix the salad, you cut the onion in tiny pieces, and you put it in a bowl with salt and vinegar ( enough vinegar so it covers the onion). 2. The second day: drain the onion, and put it in the dish you want to keep your salad 3. hard boil the eggs, and the potatoes ( you should be able to stick your fork easily in the potato). 4. in your potato salad dish, mix the onion with the chopped eggs, chopped potatoes, ham cubes, mustard, mayo,parsley salt , pepper. |
