Light and creamy Ingredients:
4 medium sized potatoes |
3 hard-boiled eggs |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
seasoning salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until able to poke with a fork. 2. Boil eggs. 3. Let cool. 4. When cool, peel potato skins and egg shells. 5. Cut up into pieces. 6. Add onions mayo and spices to taste. Chill and serve. |
