Potato salad with egg, celery, and olives Ingredients:
3 lb red potatoes |
5 eggs, hard boiled |
22 olives |
2 stalks celery |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until tender 2. Chop eggs, olives, and celery. Mix in large bowl with mayonnaise. 3. Add potatoes. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. |
