My mom's recipe Ingredients:
1 lb rose potato |
2 dozen large grade a eggs, boiled |
12 ounces mayonnaise |
brown mustard, to taste |
seasoning salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
sugar, to taste |
8 ounces pickles, chopped |
4 ounces black olives, sliced |
2 ounces pickle juice |
2 ounces purple onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cook eggs. Boil for 12 minutes. Let cool and mash. 2. Boil potatoes about 20 minutes or until tender. 3. Add all ingredients together; mix. |
