Ingredients:
3 lbs small red potatoes
2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup scallion
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
salt
Directions:
1.
Cook potatoes for 14 minutes. Cool under cold water.
2.
Mix next five ingredients.
3.
Cut potatoes into quarters.
4.
Combine mixture and potatoes and refrigerate.
