From the Outram Tennis Club Cookbook. Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes |
1 cup self-raising flour |
salt, to taste |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together well. 2. Roll out thinly. 3. Spread a savoury filling or cooked mince on half of circle. 4. Fold over and pinch the edges. 5. Fry until golden brown. |
