A think hearty take on old time potato soup. Ingredients:
5 lbs potatoes, peeled |
1 lb carrot, peeled |
12 ounces cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup cream cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
6 tablespoons tbsps hot sauce |
pepper |
worcestershire sauce |
1 large onion |
5 garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Boil carrots 15 minutes. 2. Add potatoes boil additional 15 minutes. 3. While those are boiling, sauté onion till soft; add garlic and finish sautéing. 4. Drain water from potatoes and carrots. 5. Add onion and garlic. 6. Add remaining ingredients. |
