A think hearty take on old time potato soup.
Ingredients:
5 lbs potatoes, peeled
1 lb carrot, peeled
12 ounces cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
6 tablespoons tbsps hot sauce
pepper
worcestershire sauce
1 large onion
5 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Boil carrots 15 minutes.
2. Add potatoes boil additional 15 minutes.
3. While those are boiling, sauté onion till soft; add garlic and finish sautéing.
4. Drain water from potatoes and carrots.
5. Add onion and garlic.
6. Add remaining ingredients.
