Ingredients:
8 cup(s) mashed potatos |
4 eggs |
2 cup(s) flour |
1/2 pinch(s) salt |
1/2 pinch(s) pepper |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. mix potatos,eggs, salt,pepper together 2. slowly add flour while stirring to thicken up to a consistency that you can pat into a loose patty. 3. put oil in pan and heat on medium until hot. Meanwhile, place marinara sauce in seperate pan and heat on medium until hot. 4. carefully place patties in oil and cook until brown then flip over and cook until that side is brown also. 5. place on paper towels to drain. 6. serve, covering patties with marinara sauce |
