Ingredients:
3 large potatoes |
1 onion, chopped |
3 egg whites |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
ketcup |
Directions:
1. Strain the potatoes to let juices drain off. May have to squeeze between paper towels. The potatoes will start to turn pink. 2. Put grated, strained potatoes into a bowl. Add eggs, salt, and flour. Mix well. 3. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased skillet. Turn when golden brown. 4. Serve with ketchup. |
