This was one of those fly by the pants recipes. I looked and it's what I had and it worked very well. These chops were so moist and juicy. I couldn't believe it, not one complaint from the kids. Ingredients:
6 3/4 inches pork loin chops |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of potato soup |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix |
milk |
stove top stuffing mix, crushed (1/2 pkg.) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix milk (amount depends on how thick you want it), soup, and soup mix in a small bowl until well blended. 3. Lay your pork chops in a baking dish big enough to fit them and pour the soup mixture over them. 4. Top with crushed stuffing and bake for 25-30 minute or until done. |
