These are so good and make a great side dish to just about any kind of home cooking or comfort food. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 quarts left over mashed potatoes |
2 tablespoons parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon dried minced onion |
1 egg |
1/2 cup grated cheese. |
1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs plus more for dredging |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
oil for frying |
Directions:
1. Mix together everything except oil then form into patties. 2. Dredge in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown. |
