Slow cooker recipe adapted from a recipe found on Ingredients:
5 small potatoes |
29 oz chicken broth |
2 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes |
16 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
14 oz beef broth |
1/2 cup chopped onions |
3/4 cup chopped carrots |
1 parsley flakes, salt, oregano, garlic powder, basil, marjoram to taste |
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, chicken broth, tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, onions, and carrots. 2. Season to taste. 3. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. |
