8 -10 potatoes, peeled |
2 onions |
2 -3 tablespoons chicken fat, melted, cooled |
3 eggs, beaten |
salt |
pepper, freshly ground to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Wash peeled potatoes in cold water and dry well. Grate potatoes and onions into mixing bowl. 3. Combine all ingredients; blend well. 4. Pour mixture into greased 3-quart casserole. 5. Bake 2 hours in preheated oven. 6. Cut in squares. |
