Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 russet potatoes |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
1/2 tablespoon onion salt |
1 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup milk |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Heat medium skillet to medium high heat and add olive oil. 2. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick and wide cubes. 3. Add potatoes to skillet. 4. Sprinkle garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, and salt over potatoes and stir. 5. Let cook for 4-6 minutes. 6. Reduce heat to low and add milk and butter. 7. Stir and simmer on low heat for 2-4 minutes or until tender. 8. Enjoy! :). |
