Potato Halves with Salmon Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb baby red potatoes (18 potatoes) cut in half |
2 tbsp water |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1/4 cup sour cream |
4 oz smoked salmon |
1 tbsp fresh dill |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes and water in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5-6 minutes. 2. Prepare an outdoor grill for grilling. 3. Brush potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place potatoes on the rack and grill 5 to 6 minutes turning over once. 4. Arrange potatoes round side down on a serving platter. Top each with 1/4 tsp sour cream, a piece of salmon and a piece of dill. |
