This dish can be made a meal by serving with a tossed salad and crusty bread - quick and easy!! NO leftover potatoes?? Just use your favorite cooked pasta instead - Found this recipe at Kraft. Ingredients:
2 cups potatoes, unpeeled, cooked |
3 green onions, sliced |
1/2 cup ham, finely chopped |
1/2 cup kraft 4-cheese italiano shredded cheese |
6 eggs |
1/4 cup milk |
1/3 cup miracle whip |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix potatoes, onion and ham; spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. Beat eggs and milk in a small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add dressing, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour evenly over potato mixture. 4. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into wedges. |
